The Shops at West End
The Shops at West End is the first phase of an exciting new regional destination mixed-use retail and office development located just off I-394 and Highway 100 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
This new development is a compact, class "A" urban office and lifestyle center with 375,000 square feet of retail and 33,000 square feet of office space which will include a unique movie theater, gourmet grocery, fashion boutiques, and fine dining.
With St. Louis Park’s setting as a first ring suburb there is a direct connection to the urban downtown of Minneapolis. The overall design philosophy for The Shops at West End was to create a timeless, "Urban Edge" office and lifestyle retail center that will bring a new vibrant energy to this area of the city. High density, reduced setbacks and varying storefronts, designed to promote the use of unique facade heights based on the tenant’s image, fosters the look and feel of an metropolitan city block commonly found in the urban core.
