MFRA Announces New President

Plymouth, MN July 22, 2008 - The Board of Directors of McCombs Frank Roos Associates (www.mfra.com) has named Sirish Samba, PE, as its new President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Samba succeeds Jeffrey Roos who has announced his retirement as President & CEO, but will continue to play a key role in MFRA’s municipal engineering operations.

Mr. Samba joined MFRA in 1994 as an Engineer-in-Training after completing his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from SDSU. He most recently has been an active leader in the company’s private development services department and gained industry recognition by stressing value-added design and extra ordinary client service. His experience in both public and private sector projects helped develop creative solutions that were well received by clients and regulatory agencies.
