Mr. Jeffrey Roos, is the past President of MFRA and is a registered civil engineer with over forty years of experience in the planning, design and implementation of public and municipal improvements. Jeff's experience includes acting as Utilities Engineer for the City of Bloomington as well as the City Engineer for the City of Brooklyn Park.

As a consultant, he has served as the designated City Engineer for several communities and presently oversees all MFRA government contracts.

In addition to his degree in engineering, Jeff holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, which involves a curriculum focused on public finance and construction management.
