Mr. Todd Ullom is a soil scientist and wetland specialist with 16 years of experience in environmental projects in both the public and private sectors. These include wetland delineation, permitting and monitoring, characterization of soils, wetland violation investigations, hydrological studies, surface water quality monitoring of wetlands and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
