Oxbow Commons

The Oxbow Commons plan and design aimed to create a traditional mixed-use district in a suburban community.  It included a walkable, transit-oriented retail center flanked by several types of attached or detached housing.  Paths linked to neighborhood parks and a new water feature.  Fully illustrated design guidelines addressed the site planning, architecture, the public open space network and streetscape improvements.
