Countryside

Countryside is a 438 lot single family development adjacent to the new Shakopee High School.  The project integrates parks and wetlands connected by trails and sidewalks to create a pedestrian friendly connection between the development and the school.  The project included a continuation of the four lane arterial (17th Avenue) new intersections at County Roads 15, 77 and 79.

MFRA provided the following services:

• Boundary and topographic survey
• Preliminary design for the development and roadways
• Final mass grading and stormwater management design
• Final street, storm and utility design for the residential areas
• Landscaping and park design
• Construction administration and survey staking
