Grand Casino Expansion

The Grand Casino Hinckley Expansion consists of a new 13 story hotel tower, a new 60,000 square foot ballroom/event space and numerous gaming, office, and food service renovations and expansions. The project included major utility relocation, 420 additional parking spaces, relocation of stormwater ponds, and mitigation of wetland impacts.

MFRA provided the following services:

• Topographic survey
• Preliminary and final site design including site demolition grading, paving, drainage and utility design
• Stormwater management system design
• Wetlands impact mitigation and permitting
• Construction administration
