Stone’s Throw

Stone’s Throw is a 619 acre master planned community located along I-94 in Hassan Township. This master planned community will consist of up to 1,361 units of life cycle housing which consists of starter homes to luxury custom homes. Stone’s Throw will also consist of 182.80 acres of commercial, retail, office, industrial and mixed use, and two hundred acres of public open space with over 14 miles of bike and walking paths uniting the land uses.

MFRA provided the following services:

• Boundary and topographic survey

• Preliminary design for the development and roadways

• Final mass grading and stormwater management design

• Final street, storm and utility design

• Landscaping and park design

• Construction administration and survey staking
