The Grove

The Grove consists of a major medical facility, office buildings, major retail stores and a pedestrian-oriented "retail village" on a 200 acre site. The new public infrastructure includes $20 million in roads, trunk utilities, and a new freeway interchange to be constructed by the City of Maple Grove.

 

MFRA provided these services:

-          Civil site planning and preliminary infrastructure layout

-          Wetlands delineation and permitting

-          Design of on-site and off-site wetland mitigation sites

-          Mass grading and stormwater management design for the entire 200 acre development

-          Final site work construction drawings for the shopping center anchored by Target and Home Depot
