Plum Creek Regional Park

This 140-acre park, with an adjacent 154 acre study area, lies within the City of St. Cloud and along the Mississippi River. The master plan sought to balance land stewardship and a Scenic River designation with active and passive recreation needs.  Incomparable views, bluff lands, a diverse ecosystem and access to the River make this a unique and highly desirable City Park.
