City Walk

City Walk is a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 200,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant uses and up to 600 residential units. The residential units are a variety of high density condominiums, townhomes, and live/work units. The plan incorporates new urbanism concepts such as pedestrian friendly streetscapes, interconnected trail systems around wetlands and to the overall park system, vertical mixed land uses, transit friendly features, affordable housing and coordinated architectural designs.

MFRA provided the following services:

• Preliminary and final site design including grading, paving, drainage and utility design
• Stormwater management system design
• Construction administration and survey staking
