Wedgewood Village

Wedgewood Village is a neighborhood commercial development consisting of up to 80,000 square feet of grocery, retail shops and restaurants. The project revitalizes underutilized properties at the gateway to Mahtomedi to create a pedestrian-friendly gathering place for the community. The stormwater management system was designed to create minimal discharge from the site through infiltration around the pond and under the pavement.

MFRA provided the following services:

• Preliminary and final site design including grading, paving, drainage and utility design

• Construction administration and survey staking
